Being around people who don’t drain you matters. You don’t have to be “on.” You can just be.


Notice What Feels Good


Start paying attention to the little things that chill you out. Maybe it’s watching birds, lighting incense, listening to the same album over and over. That’s your medicine. There’s no one-size-fits-all fix. But there’s always something that softens the edges.


Keep it close. Reach for it when things feel too tight.
